The shareholders are required to submit a document stating their reasons.

In the written form, it may be requested to view or copy the books and documents of accounting.

If the shareholder's request is unfair, the reading of the accounting book is rejected.

The responsibility to prove injustice rests with the company.

The company must prove that the shareholder's claim is unfair.
