Article 200-4 of the Criminal Procedure Act provides for the provisions of emergency arrest and warrant periods.

This provision stipulates that "If an attorney or judicial police officer arrests the suspect and intends to arrest the suspect, the prosecutor shall immediately request a warrant of jurisdiction from the court of competent jurisdiction."

He added, "In this case, the arrest warrant must be filed within 48 hours from the arrest of the suspect, and an emergency arrest report must be attached."
